Once again you've inspired me! After watching your DVD, "Training Your Next Great DJ," I've set up my own 16 week training program, starting at the very beginning, for my own outstanding staff of MC's.

Even though my MC's each have years of experience and even though I work with them regularly on The 1% Solution concepts, your DVD helped me realize that I have been overlooking a lot by not having a specific, targeted training program.

Our first workshop is scheduled for this Sunday and my entire staff is eagerly awaiting our first foray into the Mike Walter method. although our styles differ greatly, largely due to the East Coast/West Coast thing, I'll be adapting your style of teaching into my own methods and style.

I was particularly struck by the simple concept of "no do-overs." My method has been to deconstruct everything, bit by bit, word by word, and while it's an effective finish line, it can be a difficult process.
